The deadline for switching the supplier is regulated by law and is no longer than 30 days from the date of notifying the Distribution System Operator (DSO) of the conclusion of the electricity sales contract. However, it should be remembered that this time also depends on the terms of termination of the contract with the previous seller and can be up to 3 months. During this period, it may happen that you will receive an invoice for a given period from the old seller, but in the next billing period a new contract will be in force.

If your tariff is 2.oA (up to 10 kW contracted capacity) or 2.1A (between 10 and 15 kW contracted power), the reading will usually appear next to the code 1.18.0 at 1.18.1. Now you can send us meter readings via WhatsApp. Just take a picture of the counter with your phone and send via WhatsApp to Audax Renovables (626 09 67 56). Please remember to provide your data (tax identification number of the energy recipient), which will enable us to identify the consumption point.
If your tariff is 2.0 DHA or 2.1 DHA (with time zone), the reading will usually appear next to the code 1.18.0. One zone will appear next to code 1.18.1 and another will appear next to code 1.18.2.
For medium and high voltage tariffs of 3.0A, 3.1A and 6.1A/B, the reading usually appears next to the following codes: 1.18.0 (Grand Total), 1.18.1 (P1), 1.18.2 (P2), 1.18 .3 (P3), 1.18.4 (P4), 1.18.5 (P5), 1.18.6 (P6).
